Although the formal title is “Report to USA Gymnastics on Proposed Policy and Procedural Changes for the Protection of Young Athletes,” the independent review and evaluation of USA Gymnastics’ policies and procedures for handling safe sport matters done by Deborah J. Daniels, a partner at Krieg DeVault LLP and a former federal prosecutor with expertise in prosecuting child sexual offenders, is more familiarly known by the gymnastics community and the general public as the Deborah Daniels report.
